2025 Destination Athlete Centennial National Invite RELAY SIGNUP

If you have already signed your swimmer up for individual events for the flat $60, you may also add relays here for $10 each (which also counts towards your order). The only thing I can get on a relay that I can't get from individual races is team interactions (cheering, high fives at the finish, etc). If your swimmer is ONLY on relays or you're ONLY signing up for relays you do not need to pay the $60 for individual events.

Swimmer Age and Gender (required)

If your swimmer is younger than 6, pick 6. If older than 18 pick 18. F for Female and M for Male.

Team Name and Team Code (required)

Relay Information

I need event number, heat, lane, relay type, relay letter (A B C etc) and what leg of the relay they are. If it's a medley relay, tell me which stroke (fly, bk, brst, or free). If it's a freestyle relay let me if they're 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th.

Example: E39 H1 L3 400 FR Relay B 4th leg.
